How do I change Profile Photo?

Hi all.  We are newbies to the couples bi dating scene.  Making new friends and having fun so far, although no meetups yet.  With Covid, it's not an option for awhile.  My question is, how do I change the profile photo?  I deleted our original profile photo, so the system put the next photo into the profile from our library.  I can't seem to pick the profile photo I want now!  Can anyone take me through the steps?
