Hello, has anyone else had an issue with trying to get a response via the so-called help desk? I sent a message about a week ago and have been trying to contact them again with another different matter, but when I attempt to make the request I get this response...
You already have a pending support request, please allow us to deal with your outstanding query before submitting a new ticket
Sounds like a ploy to me to give the illusion that there is actually a help desk when in fact there isn't and any contact made will be met with a continual non-response.
