CNNreports that 40% of Americans suffer from a low libido. If you’re someone that this affects then you might be able to relate to some of the issues that cause it. Whilst the list of issues are numerous, some of the biggest factors affecting women today are menopause, alcohol, drugs, medication, fatigue and psychological causes such as anxiety or stress. Sadly, solving this problem is not as simple as taking a pill to correct the problem, and if you’re anything like 12% of the 40% of women in America, you might not want it fixed - having a low libido might not bother you in the slightest!

Watermelon



Whilst most of the watermelon is water, 8% of it said to contain many nutrients that help improve your libido. Labelled as the 'new Viagra', watermelon is said to deliver Viagra style effects on your blood vessels and offer an instant increase to your sex drive.



Ginger



Ginger is said to be another great libido enhancer. Apparently it stimulates your circulatory system and drives sensitivity in your erogenous zones. A great way to ingest more ginger is in tea or you can purchase them in tablet form from most health food shops.



Hopefully you have found a few ingredients that you can add to your diet to improve your libido. All of the foods are cheap and can simply added in bit by bit, when incorporated with a healthier lifestyle and exercise, you have every chance of improving your sex drive overall.
